Brook's chocolate almond brittle is handmade in small batches, using only five ingredients: imported chocolate, sweet roasted California almonds, butter, sugar, and Ontario maple syrup.  It is available in either milk or dark chocolate, in a variety of sizes-- in clear polypropylene bags or in recycled corrugated cardboard gift boxes.
